Publisher and hosting

The website is published by Elias BEAUMIER, located in Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, contactable at [email protected] and responsible for the processing described below.

The website is hosted on a VPS supplied by Hostinger, 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.

Personal data

Depending on the feature used, the contact form sends the visitor’s first name, last name, email address, optional company, subject and message to EmailJS and then to the publisher’s mailbox; a CV request sends the visitor’s first name, last name, email address and optional company to Discord; a movie or TV recommendation sends the selected TMDB item, a timestamp and the optional message to Discord; a movie or TV search sends the search terms to TMDB. Google reCAPTCHA processes a token and technical data to protect the contact form.

The IP address is used temporarily in memory to limit abuse. Limited technical notifications are sent to Discord when a CV is downloaded or certain identified links are opened. The hosting provider and reverse proxy may also generate logs needed for website security and operation.

This processing is used to reply to requests, carry out actions selected by visitors and secure the website. It is based on steps taken by the visitor and on the publisher’s legitimate interest in fulfilling these purposes. Depending on the feature used, recipients may include Hostinger, EmailJS, the publisher’s mailbox, Discord, Google and TMDB. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own safeguards. The website has no application database; retention is limited to the time needed to handle the request, secure the website and meet applicable legal obligations.

Local storage and cookies

The browser may store theme, font, text size and reduced-motion preferences, together with a CV form marker, in local storage. The functional NEXT_LOCALE cookie remembers the selected language, and the PWA cache stores certain public resources. These items are used only for website operation and user-requested personalisation. saile.fr does not set analytics or advertising cookies; Google may nevertheless read or set its own cookies when reCAPTCHA is loaded in the contact form.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of, or restriction concerning your data and, where provided by the GDPR, object to processing or request data portability. Requests can be sent to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with Luxembourg’s Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
